Payment and Dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country, parcel weight, and selected shipping method.

Dispatch Costs

(inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically during checkout based on:

• your delivery address (country/region),
  
• parcel weight and dimensions,
  
• your selected shipping method.
  

The exact shipping cost for your order will be shown at checkout before payment.

Note:
For shipments outside the EU, additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be refunded if the shipment is refused.

Delivery Periods
Unless otherwise specified during checkout or in the order confirmation, delivery is expected within 3–5 business days after conclusion of the contract or receipt of payment (for prepayment orders).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered products with different delivery times, we will ship the items together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time for the complete order corresponds to the item with the longest lead time.
