Payment and Dispatch

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination country, parcel weight, and shipping method.

The exact shipping cost for your order will be shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically during checkout and depend on:

  • your delivery address (country/region),

  • parcel weight and dimensions,

  • selected shipping method.

Note:
For shipments outside the EU, additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be refunded if the shipment is refused.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated during checkout or in the order confirmation, delivery is expected within 3–5 business days after contract conclusion or payment receipt (for prepayment orders).

Please note:

  • No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If your order contains items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless otherwise agreed. The estimated delivery time will match the item with the longest lead time.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email including tracking information (if available).

    Note: Cash payments are not accepted.
