NEIGHBOURHOOD reflects the personal experiences of the past two years and the challenge of re-thinking taken-for-granted routines. Our daily lives were dictated by what was imminent, what was right in front of us. No running off into the distance, only a rediscovery of our own personal place in the world.

In this exciting era, WILLIAM FAN creates an homage to the city and the characters within, their personalities representing the collection on the runway. People from the neighbourhood, like the barista of Fan’s favourite café, embody that certain Berlin feeling and the city’s inclusivity of all kinds of people and age groups. 

Fashion for practical use and fashion to yearn for. A symphony of the everyday and the unconventional. After this period of uncertainty, WILLIAM FAN consciously refrains from limiting himself to one specific season. The collection is intended for the entire upcoming year, although some pieces are already available for purchase at the store. A composition of timeless classic wardrobe with progressive silhouettes. 

 The collection artfully combines extravagant patterns: Contrary to the colourful WILLIAM FAN collections of the past years, the current colour palate is defined by dominant black, deep blue and dark natural tones. Fabrics with subtle stripes as well as a blue-and-black combination run like a thread through the entire wardrobe, exemplified for instance in a dark brocade satin. Eye-catching earrings with lace appliqués and Chinese knots, large colourful chain necklaces and chunky Swarovski crystals complete the looks.

One more highlight are the iconic FAN BAGs in new sizes and with new patterns. Multifunctional as they are, you can now wear them as a backpack or slung over the shoulder. Their new design makes it easy to attach them to a suitcase or to carry a yoga mat within.
